Our four-day harvest experience is in the barrel and maturing… The weekend incorporates a variety of harvest-related activities – in the vineyards, where the harvest actually happens, and in the cellars as the grapes start their journey to becoming wine. Guests will also have the opportunity to make and bake bread in a wood-fired oven with McGregor’s legendary baker and author, Hester van der Walt.
