This Slow Wine Weekend partners with Millstone Pottery and its world-renowned potters, Paul de Jongh and Nina Shand and combines an introduction to a basic pottery technique with an extended McGregor Experience – great wine and fabulous food.

Hosted by McGregor residents familiar with the area, Slow Wine Weekends are experiences designed for wine and food lovers who also enjoy conversation.
Slow Wine Weekends are scheduled – usually four to six months in advance – and can be themed.

Package options*
Standard packages include two nights’ accommodation, meals, wine and visits to selected cellars and wine estates, so spend your holiday money on wine to take home with you!
All-inclusive packages which cover transport from Cape Town International Airport and back, as well as for all cellar visits and activities included in the programme.
Choose luxury or standard accommodation options with prices per person sharing, ranging from ZAR 7,440 to < ZAR 9,360 per person sharing, depending on the selected itinerary.

Drive yourself to McGregor and we provide transport with a designated driver for the full-day trip (usually a Saturday).
